HOW TO MAKE A RETURN


According to laws related, our customer, meaning a real person who purchases items for private use only, not connected to his professional activity with VAT number, can exercise his right of withdrawal returning the items without a specific reason.
You have 14 working days to cancel your order because you changed your mind. This cancellation term starts from the day you received your entire order.


RETURN PROCEDURE


You’ll need to write notice of your cancellation to:
customercare@brigatonetwear.com with the following information:
– List of returning items
– Number of your order
– Method of payment used to purchase (additional information required: bank details for payment with bank transfer; e-mail address associated with your PayPal account for payment made with a PayPal transaction)
– You need to ship back your order within the 14th day after the delivery.
Please note that customer using a VAT number cannot apply to contract cancellation procedure.


HOW TO GET A REFUND

Once we receive your delivered parcel, in order to make you a refund, we need to check the items will respect the following condition:
– the item must be new and never been worn outdoor.
– You must repack the item in his original packaging, then pack it in a secure, waterproof package to protect the items inside.
– The items purchased can be returned only within the 14th days after you received your order.
Customized products cannot be returned: you cannot apply the right of withdrawal for them.
When we will receive your return, the following step is to check the item: once our checks are complete we’ll proceed with the refund.
